A hands on executive with diverse management skills and intimate knowledge of various jurisdictions in Europe, USA and Asia. Shai holds an LLM degree in Law & Economics of law from Tel Aviv & Berkeley Universities, and LLB in Law together with Business Studies from the University of Haifa and also degrees in Accounting and Architecture.
